The position

Job description

Join Powerling as an SDR and be on the front line of our growth in the Benelux market! You’ll connect with new prospects, create opportunities, and learn the ropes of international sales in a dynamic, supportive team.
Fluency in Dutch and English mandatory.

What you’ll do:

  • Research and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Managers.
  • Work towards and achieve your monthly targets of qualified opportunities.
  • Learn about our markets, services, and client challenges — we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
  • Keep our CRM up to date and contribute to team goals.
  • Get hands-on experience in sales, business development, and account management across the Benelux region.

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • First experience in sales, customer service, or strong motivation to grow in B2B sales.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus!)
  • Proactive, persistent, and curious — with a true “hunter” mindset.
  • Organized and comfortable with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.).
