Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a HR Administrative Intern for 6 months from September 2025 to February 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

As part of the HR Shared Services Center – France Operations, the Administrative Intern supports personnel administration tasks under the supervision of the Admin France Manager. The scope of the internship covers the three French subsidiaries managed by the Shared Services Center.

Your key missions:

1- Personnel Administration

  • You will support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts and organizing welcome procedures.
  • You will help monitor probation periods, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
  • You will track employee enrollment in health and welfare plans, ensuring proper registration and updates.
  • You will monitor medical check-up appointments, in line with regulatory requirements.

2. HRIS – Workday

  • You will enter data related to the hiring of interns and apprentices into our HR information system (Workday).
  • You will contribute to data quality efforts, by checking and correcting personnel data as needed.

3. Projects

  • You will help formalize administrative processes, by drafting clear procedures and documentation.
  • You will be encouraged to suggest improvements, contributing to the optimization of HR admin workflows.

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, and you are looking for a hands-on experience in personnel administration.
  • You have a strong sense of organization and attention to detail
  • You are comfortable using digital tools and working with HR systems
  • You are fluent in French and English, enabling you to work effectively in an international environment.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
