We are seeking an experienced ALM Consultant with expertise in ALM process definition and tool customisation (e.g. Polarion, Enterprise Architect, Jira). You have a background in embedded SW development, ideally in the automotive industry, and understanding of SW architecture design. The ideal candidate will be able to define and streamline the ALM processes, customise tools and enable our technical team to implement and automate the tool chain.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define and refine ALM processes based on ASPIC requirements and an existing high level process framework

• Customise tools based on the define processes, most importantly Polarion, Enterprise Architect and Jira

• Streamline the EA implementation models into Software development processes

• Synchronize EA models seamlessly with Polarion for improved collaboration in the ALM environment

• Apply the EA models to configuration management regulations

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define and guide the implementation of a seamlessly integrated and automated tool-chain as well as CI/CD pipeline.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have experience as an embedded SW developer, preferably in the automotive industry

• Experience with architecture design principles and models (e.g. SysML)

• Experience in customizing tools such as Polarion, Architecture, JIRA

• You have knowledge of integrating a ALM tool with EA.

• Familiarity with version control systems, especially GitLab.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in both French and English.
