The position

Job description

This is a high-impact role offering broad exposure to market strategy, corporate decision-making, fundraising, investor relations, operational excellence, and company-wide communications. You will play a key role in structuring growth, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Strategy & execution

  • Market – Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence

  • Corporate – Prepare analyses and recommendations to support decision-making; contribute to the definition, rollout, and monitoring of OKRs and KPIs

  • Fundraising – Participate in fundraising preparation and execution (support of build, structure, and maintain the fundraising data room)

  • Investors – Organize and prepare board meetings (agendas, materials, follow-up) and monthly investor reports


Operations

  • Design and implement operational processes

  • Support the identification and execution of non-dilutive funding opportunities

  • Support the organization of internal events (seminars, company offsites, Orakl network events)


Internal & external communication

  • Work in direct collaboration with the CEO on internal and external communications

  • Own internal communication, including the organization of all-hands meetings

  • Support the preparation of external events, conferences, and strategic meetings

  • Ensure consistency and clarity of company messaging across stakeholders


Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of experience in VC, M&A, Chief of Staff, or Strategy & Operations roles

  • Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business / Administration (business school or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and high rigor in execution

  • Ability to work autonomously on cross-functional topics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and in English

  • Prior exposure to life sciences / biotech / pharma is a strong plus

  • Online environment-lover: You have prior experience with the office tech stack (Notion, Slack, Microsoft).

  • Communication skills: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and experience with social medial tools and communication would be a plus


Recruitment process

HR Call (15 minutes call) – An initial discussion to better understand your background, experiences, and motivations.

Technical Interview (45 minutes call) – A deep dive into your technical skills and expertise relevant to the role.

Technical Case (30 minutes presentation + discussion) - A case study or problem-solving exercise to assess your strategic thinking and analytical abilities. If possible this can be done in person.

Founder Interview: As final step of our recruitment process, you will meet the founders of Orakl Oncology in person at our office. This meeting is an opportunity for the founders to assess cultural fit and ensure alignment with our company values.
