FuboTV is looking for a master of product delivery to manage a team of project managers, scrum masters and program managers to ensure agile best practices and facilitate cross-team communication for our large and rapidly growing organization.

The successful candidate will be able to understand technical and business nuance enough to help tease out solutions to blockers - and to teach others to do so as well.

They will breathe agile best practices, and find joy in wrangling complex programs/projects and solving complex problems.

In this role, you will :

• Initiate and set goals for programs (cross team/cross functional) based on strategic objectives of the organization.

• Manage a small team of project managers, program managers and scrum masters, helping them to solve challenges that arise due to cross-team dependencies, interpersonal relationships, ambiguous scope, conflicting priorities, etc.

• Ensure that employees in your organization feel empowered and retain a sense of how what they do ladders up to the big picture

• Plan programs from start to completion, setting up milestones and any relevant processes.

• Espouse agile principles - Scrum/Lean/Kanban, as needed to support different types of projects.

• Identify mechanisms to monitor and improve processes.

• Keep senior management informed of statuses with detailed reports/presentations on a regular basis

• Support continuous improvement on Agile teams through medium-term engagements.

• Facilitate conversations/discussions around product discovery and improve processes around product delivery.

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on project delivery

• Be hands on with your project/program management experience and can step in to perform day to day tasks as needed within our feature experience teams.

• Manage cross functional programs between France and the US as they arise

• Support the larger business strategy of the organization as we scale globally

• Facilitate Quarterly Planning events as needed to drive team alignment

• Facilitate release planning events as needed to drive team alignment

• Establish and deepen trust between your organization and the broader Fubo organization across all markets.

What skills, experience, and education you need to succeed :

• 10+ years of experience as a project/program manager ;

• 3+ years of people management experience ;

• Experience coaching teams in how to apply agile best practices in different ways ;

• Thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods ;

• Excellent knowledge of measuring and analyzing key performance metrics ;

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies - the “what” and the “why”;

• An analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities ;

• Operate with a sense of urgency ;

• Be data-driven ;

• Excellent communication skills ;

• Experience working with multiple teams - engineering, product, design, business stakeholders ;

• A strong technical or Engineering background and broad technical fluency ;

• Strong understanding of technical and product deliverables for video platforms ;

• The ability to work closely with stakeholder and partner teams like Product, Contracts, Production, Editorial, Content Quality, Marketing, Content providers, and more ;

• Must speak Fluent French and English.

This is an ON-SITE role and requires a minimum of three days per week in office in our Paris, FR offices.
