You’ll join the heart of the Assessment Operations team at Maki, working side-by-side Mathilde (Team Lead Assessment Operation), Elif & Luis (Project Manager), and Paul-Louis (COO). Our team operates at the crucial intersection of technology, data, client excellence, and innovation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our processes, analyze and optimize test content, automate repetitive workflows, and turn data into actionable insights. Always with one goal: help Maki shape the future of how organizations identify, assess, and grow the best talent through innovative, AI-powered evaluation.

Operations & Automation Excellence
Support our clients to make the best choices with regards to test selection and assessment creation
Contribute to building, improving, and automating scalable operations processes
Adapt our tests to the evolution of the platform (new layouts, gamification etc), through collaboration with our Tech team around new features
Champion best practices across all operational routines to maximize both efficiency and customer delight.
Cross-Functional Projects
Liaise with Product, Tech, Science, GTM and OCS teams for seamless process and product improvements.
Provide structured insights and actionable feedback to the right teams, driving a cycle of iteration and innovation at Maki.

If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 45mins structured conversations with 1 member of the team to cover your experience, other important skills we would have not covered in the assessment & to answer your questions!
Through the whole process, we will additionally schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!
Case studies may be required for some positions or situations.
