🎯 Your role :
Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, you will play a key role in bringing Le Collectionist’s brand strategy to life through seamless project execution. You will own the operational coordination of brand activations, events, gifting, and partnerships. You will also contribute to transversal brand initiatives and act as an operational relay on strategic programs such as loyalty development.
✨ Key responsibilities :
Partnership & events
Animate and activate our network of partners through visibility actions, contests, co-branded content and gifting
Support the planning and execution of events
Oversee logistics, supplier management, production timelines, and on-site presence
Build and manage project documentation (timelines, budgets, planning tools) to ensure smooth execution
Monitor performance of our partnerships and propose optimisation
Brand operations
Own the end-to-end coordination of brand assets (merchandising, gifting, other brand assets), from brief to delivery, working transversally with other teams (Brand, Biz Ops, CRM, Sales)
Lead the implementation of our gifting strategy, including developing partnerships with brands for co-branded or strategic gifts
Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners (router, warehouse, shipping)
Support the operational roll-out of brand projects and collaborations (loyalty programs for instance)

2 - 3 years of experience in marketing, brand operations or event/project coordination
Strong project management and organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Hands-on and solution-oriented
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, timelines, and suppliers
Detail-driven with a strong sense of execution and brand quality
Fluent in French and English
