Participate & accompagny the management of strategic cross-functional projects

Missions :

• Support the coordination of cross-functional projects with product teams (textiles, other categories, licenses) and business line teams (design, brand, marketing) during key collection milestones, from brief to buyer presentation.
• Contribute to the definition and formatting of documentation and assist in organizing major milestones as well as ensuring the availability of pieces.
• Assist in implementing the go-to-market strategy to ensure alignment across all business lines and deliver a cohesive brand experience with a consumer-focused product offer.
• Participate in the preparation of strategic meetings and follow up on action implementation.
• Assist new developments and labellings.

• Final year student at a Business School / Fashion School / Master's degree with a major in management, strategy, marketing or a related field.
• First experience(s) in a demanding environment (consulting, product or marketing strategy).
• High degree of rigour and reliability, combining good analytical skills with the ability to synthesise and select relevant information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• Experience or strong interest in defining product and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong interest in fashion and product
• Agile, entrepreneurial and willing to take on challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory as all documentation and meetings will be in English.
• Good knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
