The position

Job description

Missions:

1- Collection Performance Analysis:

  • Contribute to the analysis of collection purchases (Sell-In) and sales (Sell-Out) across product lines, markets, and channels.
  • Support the development and improvement of tools to monitor collection performance.
  • Track the evolution of the product mix (type, price, volume) and monitor key KPIs.
  • Help identify trends, business opportunities, and areas of improvement.

2- Support for Process Optimization:

  • Assist in formalizing and analyzing organizational structures and collection development processes.
  • Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the seasonal collection calendar.
  • Help manage invitations and scheduling for key product development milestones.

3- Assortment Planning Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate key preparation steps: sending invitations, building and communicating the cross-category planning schedule, booking rooms, following up on availabilities.
  • Provide operational and logistical support during assortment sessions: updating documents, preparing materials, coordinating internal stakeholders.

4- Key Looks Coordination &amp; Data Management:

  • Assist in managing the handover of Key Look references across teams.
  • Help structure and maintain a centralized Excel data file to track Key Look references.
  • Ensure regular updates and accuracy of information to facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred experience

Profile :
  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on marketing, strategy, data, or supply chain (Bac+4/5).
  • Strong interest in the fashion and apparel industry, and in product performance topics.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, rigorous, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
