The position

Job description

As part of the Business Strategy & Governance department, the Business Strategy Coordinator will support the Director of Business Strategy & Governance. She/He will assist in the preparation of strategic materials, create supports (mainly PowerPoint presentations) for key communication moments involving the Deputy General Manager and potentially its department, and coordinate various projects within the Business Strategy & Governance department.


Main missions:

1- Support in creating Adhoc strategic support
  • Assist in building strategic support materials and content for the Deputy CEO and leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain a structured presentation framework to for key presentations, ensuring regular updates with key figures and key achievements assets. Therefore monitor our key performance indicators (revenue, market share, profitability of the different categories, etc.), follow market trends and make relevant recommendations based on market analyses.
  • Act as the main internal point of contact for other departments seeking market-related information (e.g., global strategy, business trajectory & updates) for high-level presentations.
  • Establish and oversee a departmental key milestone calendar, ensuring alignment and sharing with relevant teams.- Contribute actively to department engagement through presentations, seminars, and other initiatives-proposing formats, frequency, and improvements.
  • Conduct regular competitive monitoring to identify innovative initiatives and provide insights.

2- Coordinate transversal projects
  • Support the Business Strategy & Governance Director on its key transversal projects.
  • Establish and maintain detailed project timelines and dashboards to provide visibility on key milestones. Monitor progress.
  • Coordinate with regional and/or HQ teams to track deliverables and resolve roadblocks.



Preferred experience

Profile :

  • Final-year Master's student
  • Interpersonal skills, open-minded, curious, proactive, independent, and comfortable speaking in public

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and French
  • You have a very good command of PowerPoint and Excel
  • You have strong analytical skills, are rigorous, and have a good ability to synthesize information
