Job description

Vos missions :

  • Global Supply Chain Calendar Management: Drive end-to-end supply chain planning by coordinating the SMS and ISAP calendars globally-from product definition- validation to commercial market order placement. Ensure deadlines are met for all stages and support regional teams.
  • Order Coordination & Management: Centralize the product and order flow, ensuring the booking of fabrics, followed by regional order splits by country. Act as a central point for all global needs, supporting each region's execution for timely showroom deliveries.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead collaboration with global product, Buying, Markets, Project, regional teams managing complex category launches, ensuring clear communication, guidelines, and aligning regional execution with global deadlines.
  • Global Reporting & KPI Management: Develop and drive a global reporting structure, providing status updates by country on execution, shipments, and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Act decisively under pressure, navigate complex timelines, and resolve issues quickly, ensuring the flow of operations never falters.

Profile :

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Special Flows Manager to lead our global SMS (Salesmen Sample) and ISAP (In-Store Activity Plan) processes across all regions and production platforms: Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This pivotal role will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, coordinate the product calendar, global products and orders, and ensuring ontime execution for all markets.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations, with a strong focus on global processes.
  • Proven expertise in supply chain planning, execution, and calendar management, with an eye for detail on deadlines and product launches.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-regional teams, balancing multiple stakeholders, and managing complex, fast-paced operations.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, comfortable with Excel, and adaptable to new systems (SAP roll-out in progress).
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
  • A results-driven mindset, resilient in seasonal peaks, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: collaborative, clear communicator, decisive, and team oriented.
