The position

Job description

Main responsibilities:

Sell In / Sell Out Analysis &amp; Reporting

  • Produce and maintain regular Sell In and Sell Out reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) for the Footwear Business Unit.

  • Analyze performance by market, channel, product category, collection, franchise and SKU.

  • Track performance versus targets, prior year, and forecasts.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment between Sell In, Sell Out, stock and forecast data.

Business Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs: revenue, volumes, margins, sell-through, stock coverage and channel performance.

  • Support monthly and seasonal business reviews with clear analyses and insights.

  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for Footwear teams (Sales, Merchandising, Supply, Marketing).

Data Coordination &amp; Tools

  • Act as a key point of contact between the Footwear BU, local markets and central Data / Finance / IT teams.

  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability and timely reporting from markets.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards and data processes.

  • Support data harmonization and automation initiatives.

Ad Hoc Analysis &amp; Decision Support

  • Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business decisions (product launches, franchise performance, stock allocation, market prioritization).

  • Prepare clear and concise presentations and dashboards for management.


Preferred experience

Profile:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field

  • 5 minimum years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or reporting roles

  • Exposure to Sell In / Sell Out analysis in an international environment

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)

  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

  • Strong understanding of retail and wholesale performance drivers

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights

  • Structured, reliable and well-organized

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proactive, autonomous and business-oriented

  • Fluent English required
