The position

Job description

Your Mission:

• Work on risks and Impact Analyzes relating to the processing of personal data of L’Oréal Corporate in HR

• Create guidances to frame the processing of personal data in HR (AI / analytics etc).Presentation in international Data Privacy Webinars

• Maintenance of the L’Oréal HR library: content update and availability

• Support countries in answering HRDs questions, DPOs and employees on the risks of processing

• Monitoring of the actual deletion of data at the end of the retention period


Preferred experience

You are… 

  • A Master 2 student in IT or Legal - Able to_ **_provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school** 

  • _Fluent in English (French is a plus)_ 

  • Familiar with IT tools, specifically with Excel

Recruitment process

1°/If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory_ **_Recruitment Interview (with our HR recruiter Billy)**

2°/ Then, you will get an Operational_ **_interview with your potential future manager** to convince them that you are the best fit! At this point, your recruiter switches to coaching mode. She or he will help you to best prepare your final interview!
