As Senior Consultant, based in Casablanca (Headquarter office), you will be at the center of integrated project teams from different backgrounds and disciplines working on complex challenges. You will collaborate with a team of other consultants, managers, principals & experts to deliver key project streams. You will actively participate in project definition, problem solving, recommendation development and client interaction to deliver superior value in every engagement.

The missions will particularly concern assisting our clients conduct a real change through various types of strategic missions to unlock sustainable growth (go to market, partnerships, innovation, sustainability & growth) and by driving performance improvement and sustainable competitiveness by optimizing our clients’ operations.

Your tasks:

• Owning issue definition and structuring for a significant scope

• Conceptualizing path to impact and resolution methodology

• Screening data sources, collecting and processing relevant quantitative and qualitative data

• Imagining, designing and performing analyses to support resolution methodology

• Interacting with internal and client stakeholders to challenge and strengthen analyses

• Developing reports to support oral and written communication for owned scope

• Leading presentation of recommendations to client teams

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement recommendations and action plans

• Coaching junior team members supporting your scope

• Professional Mobility to different locations as required by the assigned projects

Education:

• Top International Engineering or Business School
