As Chief Marketing Officer (leading teams across Paris and London), you will join the Executive Committee and be responsible for turning IPEM’s marketing function into a business-generating engine:

This is a strategic, results-oriented role aligned with IPEM’s commercial goals and international ambitions.
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
● Define and execute the overall marketing strategy to directly support business growth ● Set clear objectives, KPIs, and budgets, and track impact on pipeline and revenue
● Establish a performance-driven methodology, including multi-touch attribution and transparent reporting
● Represent marketing at the Executive Committee as a central growth lever
2. Data, CRM & Tools
● Structure and manage marketing data, audience segmentation, CRM, and automation tools
● Build and scale measurable marketing funnels: awareness → engagement → conversion → pipeline
● Ensure data quality and optimize use of HubSpot, analytics, and dashboards
3. Event Marketing as a Business Driver
● Treat IPEM events as revenue- and data-generating products
● Plan and execute activations before, during, and after events to maximize acquisition, engagement, and conversion
● Leverage event data to strengthen customer insights and business impact
● Foster strong synergies between events, sales, and product teams
4. Demand Generation & Cross-Channel Activation
● Build and manage a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine
● Structure nurturing, scoring, and conversion journeys closely aligned with sales
● Use automation and analytics to measure, optimize, and allocate marketing ROI
5. Brand Awareness
● Deliver a strong, coherent brand narrative within the private capital ecosystem
● Oversee content strategy (webinars, whitepapers, studies, thought leadership) to drive engagement
● Continue building the IPEM brand in France and internationally.
● Position IPEM as a market reference through storytelling, partnerships, and PR
6. Team Leadership
● Manage, structure, and grow the marketing team (internal + agencies)
● Foster a test & learn culture with rapid iteration and results-oriented execution
● Promote cross-functional collaboration (sales, product, events, operations)
● 10+ years of B2B marketing experience (services, data, events, SaaS, or publishing) with strong growth and ROI orientation
● Proven experience building and managing multi-channel marketing strategies with high business impact
● Strong leadership experience (team management, influence at executive level)
● Expertise with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot highly valued) ● Data marketing expertise: segmentation, scoring, reporting
● Ability to build ROI-focused, sales-aligned funnels
● Multi-channel approach (digital, content, paid, events, PR)
● Strong skills in B2B brand strategy and narrative
● Fluent English, international experience preferred
