What you will bring
Background:
12–15 years of experience in technology-driven roles, with the most recent years spent in a similar senior or functional position.
Experience in finance and/or insurance, ideally gained within startup, scale-up, or consulting environments is a plus.
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, in complex and fast-evolving organizations.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving impact in growth, transformation, or scaling contexts.
Senior-level stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage confidently with executive and leadership teams.
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Fluent in English.
