Your mission
Our Sales & Pricing teams are putting a lot of effort into new client acquisition. Your role will be to make the onboarding of every new client and the management of existing client programs a customer success story.
You will help to create our customer success mindset and implement the operations and support strategy, with a heavy focus on client and end customer satisfaction.
You will work alongside a variety of different stakeholders such as carriers, clients, TPAs and any other third parties taking part in our programs.
You will report to the Head of Operations and will work with key Indeez stakeholders, including the leadership team, to :
Partner with Sales and all other internal and external stakeholders to implement each new program as a five star experience for the client / carrier.
Contribute to:
the conception and launching of new products by designing the most efficient workflows and processes,
identifying and launching potential enhancements within the Indeez proprietary technology platform where required and,
identifying and implementing new 3rd parties where appropriate.
Manage our TPAs on a daily basis and make sure that they/we are working to contractual SLAs and compliance requirements.
Support performance management by creating tools and monitoring customer satisfaction, processing relevant global data and providing accurate reports and analysis on all aspects of operations,
Be hands on and not shy away from getting to know our customers by sometimes handling claims & complaints and customer contact
Be an Indeez brand ambassador: Act as a positive and strong brand representative in the marketplace with clients, insurance partners and any 3rd parties you come into contact with.
Have an auditor mindset and constantly look at how we could improve our existing processes in Operations and with other teams and 3rd parties.

What you will bring
Background:
You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, operations or customer success related roles within an insurance or broker environment. You should have knowledge of claims handling processes and relationship management of a TPA.
Skills:
Good knowledge of business operations and client relationship management.
Very good communication skills, an ability to exchange with various levels of stakeholder and the capacity to work simultaneously on various topics in a cross functional environment.
Project management expertise.
Fluent in French and English (working language). Other European languages would be a plus.
Strong Analytical capacity and proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
