Job description

As a Product & Revenue Manager, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of your embedded insurance products — from strategy and build to launch, performance, and continuous growth.
You’ll have strong autonomy and ownership to grow the business by identifying, building, and scaling innovative solutions that create value for both partners and their customers.

As part of the Product & Revenue team and reporting to the Head of Product & Revenue, you will:

  • Own the strategy and evolution of your products — defining the vision, positioning, and roadmap in close collaboration with partners to deliver solutions that are adopted and continuously improved.

  • Drive execution and delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams across Business Development, Tech, Insurance, and Data to ensure seamless implementation and performance.

  • Monitor commercial performance — define and track KPIs, contribute to quarterly business objectives, and ensure the profitability and scalability of your products across markets.

  • Drive innovation: Gain a deep understanding of partner and customer needs through research and insights, and translate them into market-ready product improvements and new opportunities.

  • Engage directly with partners post-launch to assess program performance, gather insights, and translate feedback into actionable roadmap priorities.

  • Ensure operational excellence in live programs by coordinating internal teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and new market rollouts.
