Vos missions :
Le Product Owner est un expert de la méthodologie agile. Il agit en tant que Scrum Master avec les équipes chargées du développement logiciel.

Chef de projet numérique en mode Agile avec une dimension IT, le PO:

• Pilote la réalisation d’applications, de logiciels, de SDKs,
• Travaille méthodiquement en découpant le processus de création en plusieurs petites étapes de quelques semaines
• Programme et orchestrer les phases de développement produit via une parfaite maîtrise des méthodologies agiles.
• Alimente les backlog de produits.
• Rédige des “User Stories” et effectuer des “User Tests” pour obtenir les feedbacks permettant d’ajuster les développements des produits/projets en cours.

Profil recherché :
Titulaire d’un Bac +5 en diplôme d’ingénieur ou master, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle sérieuse d’au moins 5 ans dont au moins 2 ans en tant que Product Owner.

Compétences requises : 

• Connaissance des grands principes de la gestion de projet.
• Maîtrise de la méthode SCRUM.
• Bonne culture générale du secteur d’activité de l’entreprise (tech et web3) afin d’identifier en permanence les avancées de la concurrence et les besoins du marché en matière de nouveaux produits ou usages.
• Forte culture technique afin de dialoguer efficacement avec l’équipe technique dès les phases de conception.
• Qualités d’analyse afin de relayer les concepts par des études de marché approfondies.
• Bonne connaissance des différents éléments du mix marketing.
• Force de conviction et qualités de communication, car le Product Owner est amené à présenter ses produits en interne et produire les supports de formation.
• Organisation, rigueur et sens des délais pour coordonner l’activité des différents services.
• Efficacité tant dans la communication orale qu’écrite en anglais comme en français
• Flexibilité et sens de la négociation.

Your missions :
The Product Owner is an expert in agile methodology. He acts as Scrum Master with the teams in charge of software development.

Digital project manager in Agile mode with an IT dimension, the PO:

• Drives the development of applications, software, SDKs
• Works methodically by dividing the creation process into several small steps lasting a few weeks.
• Program and orchestrate the product development phases through a perfect mastery of agile methodologies.
• Feed the product backlog.
• Write “User Stories” and perform “User Tests” to obtain feedbacks to adjust the development of products/projects in progress.

Profil required : 
With a Bac +5 degree in engineering or master, you have a serious professional experience of at least 5 years including at least 2 years as a Product Owner.

Skills/Qualities Required :

• Knowledge of the main principles of project management.
• Mastery of the SCRUM method.
• Good general knowledge of the company’s sector of activity (tech and web3) in order to constantly identify the advances of the competition and the needs of the market in terms of new products or uses.
• Strong technical culture in order to interact effectively with the technical team from the design phase.
• Analytical skills in order to relay concepts through in-depth market research.
• Good knowledge of the different elements of the marketing mix.
• Strong convictions and communication skills, as the Product Owner is required to present his/her products internally and produce training materials.
• Organization, rigor and a sense of deadlines to coordinate the activities of the various departments.
• Efficiency in both oral and written communication in English and French
• Flexibility and negotiation skills.
