Your mission: take those rough, unpolished by-products and turn them into diamonds — ingredients that are competitive, irresistible, and ready to shine.
This isn’t a role for spectators. We’re looking for someone driven, autonomous, and deeply hands-on, ready to take full ownership from day one. You’ll lead your category’s product development from A to Z — scouting opportunities, shaping concepts, aligning stakeholders, and driving each project to market success.

Alongside the Global Category Manager, your day to day will be more or less as follow :
The team around you
Reporting to the Global Category Manager you will benefit from his/her expertise within the category, but also from other Product Managers providing you with tips&tricks on the job specificities and technicalities. You will have close exchanges with Sourcing and Sales teams to help you to understand specificities of their role based on side-streams products.
