Role & missions – What you will do 🚀

• You are responsible of the Homa Games Diversification Strategy setting & execution
• You Manage the Apps Team on a daily basis, provide your team with permanent support, best practices & solutions to source and onboard new WW partners in the subscription and IAP fields.
• You set the company OKR for diversification strategy and drive results oriented market plans (audience, metrics, channels) on a strong data analytics and customer centric approach.
• You develop this new department by sourcing, selecting, and establishing partnerships with developers all over the world.
• You will keep yourself informed about all the new innovative mobile apps and convince the studios that you are the perfect publisher for them.
• You work as a product leader on all the different apps we decide to produce, whether through co-production, internal production or publishing.
• You help to define a vision for how features should be implemented in our products, then make sure that this vision is followed smoothly and efficiently.
• You will be the person who will share the vision of the strategic projects department externally, but also internally amongst UX designers, creatives, and UA/Monetization managers.
• You ensure efficient and collaborative coordination with all the Homa Games entities.
• You provide top management with clear insight, reports and projections of the Publishing and Business Dev activity.

• Product Expert : you master the product roadmap process. Create, review, provide feedback.
• UI/UX Expert : follow the latest trends to keep users engaged
• Consultant toolbox: problem-solving, project management, clear & crisp communication, data visualization & written communication

Preferred background – What you will need 💪

• 5-10 years of work experience minimum – Previous work experience in a highly demanding and fast-growth environment – Experience in digital marketing or very analytical projects
• You have significant experience as Service building from scratch and demonstrated strong management skills of mid size team management and scale up.
• You have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Strong network and Excellent knowledge of the mobile industry
• You speak fluent English
