We are looking for a Growth Operations Analyst intern to join our Growth team and work on key topics.
Deeply passionate about analyzing and reading data, working across numerous teams and who is self-driven. You will work on several missions including :

You will work closely with Naveen, our Head of Growth Strategies (from USA. 6y experience in Finance and Gaming; ex Morgan Stanley, AppLovin & Lion Studios) on improving our game metrics (LTV, retention, in-app purchases; etc). You will also have frequent interactions with Julien, our new VP Operations, an HEC Paris graduate and a former project leader at BCG (Boston Consulting Group) for >6 years. They both share the same values of ambition, humility and curiosity. They believe in similar work ethic: transparency, personal care, excellence.

You are self-drivenand like to take on challenges or solve complex problems. You are pragmatic and like to focus on what matters most. You are nice to work with and like to bring a positive energy to the group.

Preferred background – What you bring or will need 💪
Business or Engineering school(ideally Gap Year between M1 and M2 or final year internship) –Full working proficiency in English (+ ideally French) –Previous internship experience or strong social activities engagement–Data-friendly and good writing skills.
