The position

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Data Analyst with a business focus. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our CRM system (Hubspot) to align with the needs of the Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll ensure data integrity, drive automation and process improvements, and support strategic decision-making through advanced analysis and insightful reporting.

Main Responsibilities

1/ CRM Management & Optimization

  • Ensure the CRM system supports Sales and Marketing workflows effectively.

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automation to optimize CRM usage and reduce manual tasks.

2/ Data Quality

  • Monitor and maintain high levels of data quality, consistency, and completeness in the CRM.

  • Support Sales and Marketing teams in correct data entry and usage practices.

  • Create the Data Model Structure to keep track of evolution

3/ Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Own the design, creation, and ongoing maintenance of performance dashboards in Hubspot.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and KPIs.

  • Write regular reports and present results to stakeholders in an understandable and persuasive manner.

4/ Data Analysis & Insights

  • Identify, extract, and prepare relevant data from Hubspot

  • Conduct exploratory analyses to identify trends and anomalies. Utilize statistical techniques and predictive analysis to provide insights and recommendations for the business teams.

Preferred experience


Preferred experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a CRM focus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and sales/marketing workflows.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Qlik) and visualization tools (Metabase, etc.).

  • Knowledge of databases and techniques for data cleaning and manipulation.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear and actionable insights for non-specialists.

  • Fluent English (tools and data are in english, analysis are to be made in English, and half of the team is English native)
