The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences and understand their behavior and media preferences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our media strategies against industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
  • Collaborate with the expert team to integrate best media practices
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging media platforms, and changes in consumer media consumption.
  • Foster relationships with media representatives and external agencies to create synergistic media opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed POV on key topics (media, consumers, category trends) and present insights and recommendations to nurture the clients and the agency
  • Assist the activation team for post campaign reporting by providing insights and strategic recommendations
  • Provide support to local market during the preparation of the local strategy: guidance for building the audience, analyzing the media consumption, and proposing pillars that are aligned with the global strategy
  • Support the assessment of local strategies provided to local client with the HQ coordination team

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop with the support of senior director a comprehensive media strategy that align with the client's overall marketing goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and market research to inform media planning and decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for articulating media strategies to stakeholders and for effective team collaboration.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset to innovate and create impactful media strategies that capture the target audience's attention.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital media and online marketing tools, including social media platforms, display advertising and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to the rapidly changing media landscape and to embrace new trends and technologies.

Recruitment Process

  • Case study: A case study will be proposed to assess your technical skills related to the position. A debriefing will be offered.
