About Leads Management team

We are currently building a platform that will be in charge of ingesting, processing and delivering customer leads for all our entities across Europe. The focus is on delivering high quality and performance service to our stakeholders (api’s clients, data analytics teams, customer agencies…). We work closely with them and use leading edge technologies to provide flexible and highly scalable solutions.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Join a fast moving environment and resolutely take up a technical challenge to build up our future European platform for this domain.
• Be able to constantly challenge the existing implementations and architectures decisions in order to ensure maintainability and scalability of the solutions delivered.
• Be personally responsible for that the own produced software follows applicable rules and guidelines stated for AVIV.
• Establish code quality standards in the team as well as testing standards for sustainability of the codebase.
• Be able to communicate with all AVIV involved technicians (Architects, Data engineer, …) to participate actively in the realization of our projects.
• Help team’s members to grow technically on the xisting stacks but also share good practices and your knowledge on other technologies that could improve current processes.
• Share your knowledge and vision with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager of the team to help them make the right technical decisions.
• Mainly work with NodeJs / Typescript languages and be comfortable with serverless technologies (cloudformation, serverless, aws lambda, aws Dynamodb, EDA).

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience as a Lead developer or Senior developer - with NodeJS, TypeScript experience and SQL databases.
• Understanding of core AWS services usages (dynamoDb, Aws Lambda, Step functions, SNS, SQS…), and basic AWS architecture best practices. Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications using AWS.
• Good project management skills/ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication skills and English speaking (French speaking team but we have many interactions in English).
• Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
• Test automation and CI/CD knowledge.
• Ability to easily understand the business.
