The position

Job description

The Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in the success of Gleamer in Spain, covering 7 regions of the country & ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, establishing solid relationships with radiologists and healthcare facilities while contributing directly to improvements in patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target radiologists and other healthcare decision makers. Implement direct or indirect sales channels by educating partners on the value proposition and product usage.

  • Customer Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating future needs.

  • Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to enhance product development and positioning. Work closely with the product and ops team, to make sure that customer feedback is integrated into the improvements of each product.

  • Reporting and Forecasting:

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management through structuring, maintaining and updating the CRM.

  • Collaboration:

Contract Negotiations: Oversee and negotiate contractual terms with customers and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Congresses

Participation in conferences, representing Gleamer in the key events of Spain.


Preferred experience

  • 3 to 5 years of Sales experience

  • Understanding of the medical technology industry

  • Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in the healthcare sector

  • Communication skills in both Spanish and English

  • Driving license

  • Position based in Madrid
