The position

Job description

As a Junior Product Manager Intern at Gleamer, you will lead the development of new features for our innovative clinical AI products. Your role will be crucial in delivering enhancements that help detect and diagnose critical conditions swiftly and accurately. You will also assist across our entire product offering, contributing to quality assurance, product analytics, and the development of internal tools.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in product squad(s) to enhance AI-driven tools for clinical diagnostics, such as lung nodule detection on CT scans and chest pathologies on X-rays.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including in-house radiologists, AI engineers, data engineers, product designers, clinical research scientists, software engineers and QARA managers to ensure products comply with regulatory standards.

  • Manage the entire feature lifecycle — from ideation through to implementation, monitoring, and optimization.

  • Support various aspects of the product management process, including quality assurance, analytics, competitive intelligence and internal tool enhancements.

  • Provide detailed progress reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.

Preferred experience

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in product management, technology, and innovation within the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to thrive in an impact-driven and fast-paced environment.

  • Prior internship or project experience in product management, especially in a tech or healthcare setting, is a plus.
