Merchant Insight Team, the Support
Merchant Insight division is central to our business because it provides support to our partnering merchants and collects valuable insight that helps us deliver a product that fully meets our customers' expectations. Customer Care provides solutions for any issues our partners might have with tech, billing, product use, etc. and also supports Fintecture's in-house teams (Customer Success, Legal, Tech, Product, Product Marketing, etc.).

Fintecture is transforming and digitalizing transfers to make and receive payments, enabling businesses to free up their revenue. Its incoming transfer solutions make the order process smoother, with no card payment limits and a seamless process for the payer, increasing the average cart value by 20% or more. They also make accounting processes easier for the merchant, with features that include immediate payment confirmation, automated banking reconciliation and reminders. They can be rolled out in any purchase scenario, including immediate and future payment, on an e-commerce website or in-store, or integrated with billing tools. Its outgoing payment solutions also let you credit a bank account simply by verifying the beneficiary’s identity.
Fintecture now operates in several European countries and has 400,000 payers. 7,000 customers use its services, including market leaders such as Auchan, Decathlon, ADEO, Edenred and CMA CGM.
Fintecture won the Fintech of the Year 2023 award presented by L’AGEFI.
