🌍 About the position

As a Sales Agent for the French market, you will be the main point of contact for French-speaking travelers booking through the Evaneos platform. Based in Moshi, Kilimanjaro, you will work in close collaboration with your team on-site, with the flexibility of one day working from home per week.

Reporting to Solène, you will play a central role in transforming travel dreams into carefully crafted itineraries — combining sales expertise, destination knowledge, and genuine care for every traveler’s experience.


💼 Your main missions

✈️ Sales & customer support

  • Respond to traveler inquiries through the Evaneos platform and build trusted relationships from first contact.

  • Understand each traveler’s expectations, budget, and travel style to craft personalized itineraries.

  • Provide expert guidance on Tanzania’s destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities.

  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a strong customer-satisfaction orientation.

🧳 Operations & practical management

  • Match traveler needs with the right combination of transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities.

  • Handle all booking logistics for hotels, activities, and services.

  • Manage invoicing and billing accurately and on time.

  • Stay organized across multiple files simultaneously, respecting internal processes and deadlines.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

  • Act as the local point of contact for travelers throughout their journey in Tanzania.

  • Monitor trip quality proactively and anticipate potential issues.

  • Handle complaints, conflicts, cancellations, and refunds with professionalism and calm.


💰 Contract conditions

  • 📅 Type of contract: Local contract – minimum 2 years

  • 📍 Location: Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania

  • Availability: ASAP

  • 🕐 Working hours: Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) + Saturday from home (8am–1pm)

  • 💻 Work mode: Hybrid (1 additional full day WFH per week, Monday–Friday)

  • 💲 Salary: To be discussed directly with the agency following the selection process

Preferred experience

✅ Core skills & experience

  • Native French speaker with a strong command of English.

  • Deep knowledge of Tanzania — its landscapes, culture, traditions, and points of interest.

  • Proven experience in customer service with a genuine orientation toward satisfaction.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism, with a background in sales or tailor-made travel.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for internal processes.

  • Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
