As a Project Manager Ops, you will play a key role in the operational execution of client programs and in structuring product data that feeds our trade-in, refurbishment and resale flows.
You will work at the intersection of the Sales, Operations, Quality, Data and Product teams.
Your main mission: ensure smooth, compliant and efficient delivery of client orders while guaranteeing the quality and consistency of the product catalog.

1. Operational Management of Client Programs
Participate in steering programs within the Refurbish on Demand (ROD) service.
Understand client needs and contribute to structuring product flows accordingly.
Oversee the order lifecycle: analysis, sourcing, offer consolidation, coordination of key steps, and delivery follow-up.
2. Coordination with Internal & External Teams
Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Quality and Finance teams to ensure aligned and seamless execution.
Monitor operational steps: reception, testing, grading, packaging, shipping.
Contribute to tracking performance KPIs (quality, timelines, completion, non-conformities).
Take part in managing supplier reconciliations and credit notes.
3. Product Catalog Management & Improvement
Support updates and quality control of the product catalog used for pricing, logistics flows and resale.
Contribute to standardizing product data: attributes, models, conditions, classifications.
Participate in monitoring catalog performance (coverage, completeness, data consistency).
4. Continuous Improvement & Analysis
Monitor operational results and propose improvement initiatives on efficiency, quality and reliability.
Provide regular analyses on the performance of flows, the catalog or orders.
Contribute to the industrialization and scaling of processes.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Data/Operations Management.
Academic background combining analytical and organizational skills is strongly valued.
Experience or coursework in logistics, data analysis, or process optimization is a plus.
Previous exposure to startups, circular economy, or industrial operations environments appreciated.
Skills:
Project Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, track timelines, and ensure delivery.
Operational Rigor: Strong sense of process discipline, with attention to detail and compliance.
Analytical Abilities: Comfortable working with structured data (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools such as Superset or Looker).
Communication: Clear, concise, and proactive in cross-functional communication (Sales, Ops, Data, Quality).
Tools & Systems: Familiar with CRM, ERP, or ticketing tools; able to navigate multiple digital systems efficiently.
Languages: Fluent in French and English; additional European language is a plus.
