Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Customer Happiness First: You’ll ensure every one of our members enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience in their home – because happy homes = happy people.

  • Incident Commander: Working hand in hand with our Community Specialist, you’ll jump on daily incidents reported by members. Your mission? Organize, prioritize, and resolve faster than a speeding bullet.

  • Data Whisperer: Analyze key real estate metrics like incidents, CSAT, and energy usage to spot trends and opportunities.

  • Cost Ninja: Track operational costs like a hawk and bring bold, creative solutions to keep them under control without compromising quality.

  • Reporting Guru: Present energy and financial reports that are clear, actionable, and actually used.

  • Asset Guardian: Manage maintenance and cleaning schedules to protect the value of our homes and ensure everything is sparkling and functional.

  • From Project to Reality: Be the bridge between the construction team and the operations team to ensure a smooth handover once renovation is done and the house is ready to welcome its first members.

Preferred experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Analytical & Solution-Oriented: You love digging into complex issues and figuring out how to solve them efficiently.

  • Clear Communicator: Whether it’s written or spoken, you know how to get your message across with impact and empathy.

  • Hands-On Learner: You’re not afraid to get on site, learn from technicians, and understand how things work on the ground.

  • Customer Obsessed: The member experience is always front of mind—you go the extra mile to make people feel at home.

  • Motivated & Reliable: You’re committed, autonomous, and you take pride in doing things well.

  • Leadership Potential: Even as an intern, you show signs of initiative and ownership.

  • Languages: Fluent in French & English (bonus points if you speak other languages too).

  • Manual Skills? That’s a nice plus!

Recruitment process

We like to keep things smooth, simple, and human. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Intro Call : You’ll have a quick chat with Timothée, just to break the ice and see if there’s a good vibe.

  2. Deep Dive Interview : You’ll meet Timothée and Camille to talk about the role, your ambitions, and how you’d fit into the team.

  3. Final Meet & Greet : A short and sweet chat with Tom and Mathis to wrap things up and get a broader feel of the company culture.
