  • Renovation Rockstar: Support our renovation projects in Brussels from start to finish – pricing, planning, coordination – ensuring they meet our high standards and deliver on time.

  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You’ll be the glue between designers, engineers, architects, product managers, and contractors – translating project specs into reality.

  • Contractor Commander: Keep suppliers and contractors in the loop, making sure everyone’s speaking the same language and working toward the same goal.

  • Project Ninja: Oversee every phase of our house projects – from acquisition to construction to delivery – ensuring quality, coordination, and successful execution.

  • Deal Maker: Negotiate smart contracts with suppliers and partners, locking in the best deals and building strong relationships.

  • Data Detective: Keep procurement records squeaky clean and spot opportunities to improve spending and save costs without cutting corners.

  • HQ Sidekick: Work hand-in-hand with our HQ Procurement team to align on strategy, streamline processes, and keep the Cohabs engine running efficiently.
