The role of ‘Finance Solutions Expert’ requires functional knowledge in accounting and finance, as well as technical expertise in the deployment, administration, and operational maintenance of finance solutions.
This position involves close collaboration with the Group Finance team, necessitating fluent English communication skills to accurately understand their needs, assist in translating these requirements into solutions, provide advice from both a technical and when relevant functional perspective.
All responsibilities must be performed in accordance with the guidelines established in the BST Finance project roadmap, taking into consideration both prioritization and budget.
This role is located in Lyon (69) at Clasquin’s Head Office.
This role mainly involves handling finance solutions, including Cargowise One and Workday.
In collaboration with the BST Group Business Process & Solutions team, you will contribute to :
The configuration and administration of the Finance section of Cargowise, including invoicing, taxes, and credit control.
Continuously improve Cargowise’s finance setup by analyzing and testing new features.
Provide user support.
Manage Finance EDI processes, such as e-Invoicing for the group.
In collaboration with the Group Finance team, you will contribute to :
The Workday Administration (Security, business process, custom validations)
Contributes to the ongoing improvement of Workday
analyzing and implementing new features and processes, as well as preparing related documentation.
Creates and updates reports and documents as required.
Participate in new deployments.
Manage Finance Information System interfaces for inter-application financial data exchange via Group Solutions (Workday, Cargowise, Kyriba, Kantox,…).
Provide Level 2 user support.
Background in international or multi-client environments
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Having expertise in Cargowise one Finance, Workday Finance or experience managing a financial ERP is seen as a benefit, especially when combined with traits like open-mindedness and a drive to learn and enhance Clasquin’s Finance Information System.
