We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our user growth across acquisition channels, go-to-market initiatives, and product-led growth strategies with an emphasis on paid media.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data. You’ll lead growth strategy while remaining hands-on in execution, particularly across paid acquisition, and explore additional channels such as Influence, PR, and partnerships as the company scales.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure growth is embedded into how we build, launch, and iterate on the product.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and scale paid media acquisition as a core growth lever (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, launches, and markets.
Build and scale product-led growth initiatives in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Identify, test, and develop new acquisition channels (Influence, PR, partnerships, referrals, etc.).
Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments across the full funnel.
Lead outbound initiatives (targeting, messaging, funnel optimization).
Own growth analytics: funnels, cohorts, CAC/LTV, attribution, and ROI analysis.
Define growth KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Turn data insights into clear prioritization and actionable decisions.
Continuously optimize acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and onboarding flows.
3+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or User Acquisition roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Experience scaling additional channels such as Influence, PR, partnerships, or community is a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Solid understanding of product-led growth and experimentation frameworks.
Strong analytical ownership with experience defining KPIs and measuring impact.
Comfortable working with analytics tools (GA4, Clarity, MMP).
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration mindset.
