Generali CEE Holding is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of intelligent and modern system/application initiatives across 10 countries in the CEE region. This is a great opportunity for a project leader with a strong passion for automation, modern technologies, improvements and data-driven innovations to make a regional impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of intelligent systems and innovation oriented projects.
  • Work closely with data engineers, software developers and business stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, Group standards, Group assets and regulations in place.
  • Deliver executive level reporting on project progress, risks, ROI and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain open communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the CEE countries in their modern systems and innovation implementations.
  • Contribute to the selection and integration of modern system tools, frameworks and platforms.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 7+ years of proven experience managing complex projects in large companies.
  • University degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
  • Experience in managing projects in the area of modern applications/systems, including projects in the area of innovations and process/data automation.
  • Experience in managing ICT projects across different regions or organizational levels.
  • Solid IT knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall); certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of modern/intelligent solution providers and an understanding of how these solutions can be integrated to streamline business processes.
  • High level knowledge of data storage principles including data warehouses, data lakes, cloud solutions, and data pipeline design to support robust intelligent systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in global, cross-cultural teams.
  • Business analyst skillset with the ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
