BNP Paribas Cardif is offering you the chance to become a team member of Data & Analytics Team which helps Cardif Central Europe to improve and monitor Data Quality with the ultimate purpose to ensure business, analytical and technical activities, initiatives and projects can properly be executed by ensuring data availability and sufficient data quality.

We are looking for Data Scientist who will be mainly responsible for Local promotion and operational development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to serve our business model's transformation in order to meet our partners’ and clients’ expectations.

This role covers the following activities

• Contribute to the roll out of the regional Analytics roadmap. Leveraging Analytics to improve our clients, partners and internal processes.
• Ensure usage of data to improve distribution process, to refine pricing and risk monitoring
• Understand the business challenges and the objectives the analytics projects have to contribute to solve
• Translate a business needs into analytical models
• Source, validate and analyze data
• Present the results in a simple and efficient way to stakeholders
• Guarantee the respect of the Analytics Modelling Governance when implementing a new model
• Guarantee the respect of the Project Governance and liaise with the IT department when implementing a new model
• Value assessment & monetization of Analytics initiatives
• Designing the probabilistic modelling of the business objectives
• Training and evaluating the machine learning models and designing models’ quality monitoring strategies through time.

Your profile

• You have 2-4 years of experience in Data Science
• Knowledge of Python, SQL and Machine Learning is core for this position
• Theoretical understanding of Machine Learning and its practical implementation is well known for you - meaning knowledge of fundamentals, Classification, Regression, Supervised/Unsupervised methods
• You have experience with data visualization tools, PowerBI preferred
• For presenting the outcomes you need excellent communication and interpersonal skills
