You’ll be joining the Marketplace Operations team to build and scale this new model while supporting the onboarding of our professionals and the deployment of our first businesses!
Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
Your mission: Drive operational day-to-day execution while driving process improvements to ensure scalable growth, compliance, and support team performance.
Optimizing Mission Connections: Support the launch of new businesses on a day-to-day basis and refine our matching strategies.
Deploying & Evolving Operational Playbooks: Own and improve the playbook used to deploy new businesses, ensuring teams are well-supported in its adoption and execution.
Being the Compliance Relay: Act as a bridge with teams managing interim legal requirements, ensuring establishment needs are met and employees remain compliant. Provide structured feedback to improve and streamline processes.
Monitoring & Analyzing Performance: Track supply-demand balance, conversion rates, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Onboarding Qualified Professionals: Enhance the onboarding process to maintain a high-quality, diverse talent pool.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Care teams to ensure operational excellence.
We’d Love to Work with You if:
4+ years of experience in operations, ideally in a startup/scale-up.
Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach to performance tracking.
Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Professional English proficiency, as some internal communications are in English.
