🚀 Key Missions

• Develop and maintain the Hush mobile app in Flutter, within the context of a legacy rewrite + implementation of new features.

• Actively contribute to technical choices, architecture, and the setup of quality standards (tests, CI/CD).

• Work closely with the CTPO to turn product specs into robust features.

• Help structure and organize the core team (processes, best practices, future recruitments).

• Ensure clean, maintainable code, with systematic code reviews and a smooth release process.

🛠 Technical Skills

• 4-7+ years of mobile experience, including 2-3+ years in Flutter production with published apps (App Store / Play Store).

• Strong mastery of Flutter and Reactive programming.

• Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Auth, Cloud Functions).

• Hands-on with platform channels (iOS/Android).

• Experience with Riverpod.

• Good team-based Git management.

• Comfortable with AI-friendly tools (such as Cursor).

• Bonus: CometChat SDK, Notion, Amplitude, RevenueCat, OneSignal.
