Job description

👉 Overview

Batch is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. He/She will design and execute multi-channel strategies to attract, engage, and nurture prospects across the customer lifecycle, with a strong focus on outbound, webinars, and nurturing programs.

👉 Responsabilities

  • Outbound strategy: Build, test, and optimize outbound campaigns (email & social) to generate qualified pipeline. Work closely with Sales and Ops to compile hitlists and align messaging.
  • Lifecycle marketing & nurturing: Design lead nurturing flows and customer lifecycle programs to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Webinar roadmap: work on our webinar strategy — editorial calendar based on the content roadmap, promotion, execution, follow-up and measurement.
  • Events & other team projects: Participate actively in the marketing team key projects, such as bi-annual Batch Keynotes and other industry events.
  • Performance measurement: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (our marketing funnel metrics include: awareness, engagement, qualified pipelien) with a focus on continuous optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success to ensure demand-gen activities are aligned with company priorities.

👉 Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years’ experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS/Martech.
  • Solid track record in outbound campaign execution and lead nurturing automation (Hubspot, Apollo) ; strong knowledge of webinar platforms and best practices for high-engagement online events.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and French
  • Analytical mindset: ability to read data, extract insights, and translate them into actions.
  • Team player, curious, and proactive in contributing to collective projects.
  • Knowledge of the Customer Engagement / Marketing Automation space a plus
