ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As a Client Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the after-sale service each week and will report to the Marketing Manager on VIP conversion campaigns and customer experience development.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the customer service inbox, and contacting clients on a regular basis to provide updates regarding the sales and special events
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services offered at Arlettie
- Liaising directly with the Marketing Manager on customer experience feedback
- Brainstorming VIP conversion and campaign strategy
- Executing phoning campaigns and reporting campaign results
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a sales assistant with a premium or luxury brand
- High customer service standards
- Experience with Microsoft Office Package
- Analytical approach with great attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to work independently
