Our Paris Operational Turnaround team supports French and international corporates, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in complex and high-pressure environments, including:
Operational underperformance
Margin erosion and profitability deterioration
Liquidity constraints
Preventive restructuring procedures (mandat ad hoc, conciliation)
Formal proceedings (safeguard, judicial reorganization)
Post-acquisition transformation and carve-outs
We work directly alongside CEOs, CFOs and operational leaders to stabilize businesses, restore profitability and implement concrete performance improvement plans.

As a Senior Associate / Manager, you will play a central role in designing and implementing operational turnaround programs.
Conduct short-cycle operational and financial diagnostics
Identify root causes of underperformance
Analyze cost structures, margin drivers and operational KPIs
Develop actionable and quantified performance improvement plans
Lead cost reduction and restructuring initiatives
Drive working capital optimization programs
Improve operational processes (procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, SG&A efficiency)
Support pricing and commercial performance improvement
Implement KPI tracking frameworks and governance structures
Support operational workstreams in preventive and formal restructuring contexts
Work alongside management during negotiations with shareholders and creditors
Contribute to turnaround plans presented to boards and stakeholders
Lead workstreams and supervise junior team members
Prepare high-quality deliverables for executive committees and boards
Facilitate steering committees and operational workshops
Contribute to business development and client relationship building (Manager level)
Strong academic background with experience in a Restructuring team at a leading consultancy firm or Big Four.
Experience in operational consulting, restructuring, performance improvement, transaction services with operational exposure, or corporate transformation role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in cost reduction, operational improvement or value creation programs
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and ambiguous environments
Fluency in French and English
