The position

Job description

As Manager of an Outbound SDR team in Lyon, you will play a crucial role within Agicap as an inspiring and motivating leader for a team of 8 to 10 SDRs.

You will be part of a dynamic team that contributes directly to Agicap’s growth and offers great opportunities for individual and collective development. In addition, you will work closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success teams on site to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Reporting to our Head of SDR, your objectives will be as follows:

1. Leadership, motivation, entrepreneurial spirit

- As a true leader, you will establish a positive and stimulating culture within the team, ensuring that SDRs give their best and remain committed and motivated.

- You will organize and lead daily meetings, weekly and monthly performance reviews, and encourage collaboration and communication within the team.

- You will also be committed to building strong relationships with the Customer Success teams in order to continuously improve your role and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

2. Team performance and development:

- Ensure the monitoring and achievement of individual and collective objectives in terms of MRR and pipeline per month/SDR.

- You will align SDR sourcing objectives (8 qualification calls and 4 product demonstrations planned per SDR per week) with French revenue objectives.

- You will implement action plans to improve team performance and development.

3. Training and coaching:

- You will be responsible for evaluating and continuously improving the sales development process to optimize its effectiveness and efficiency. You will therefore work closely with SDR Ops to ensure this ongoing training and performance monitoring.

- You will train and coach your team on B2B SaaS sales best practices and financial concepts to strengthen their skills and confidence.

4. Recruitment and talent management:

- You will actively participate in the recruitment process to build your team by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.

- You will encourage career progression within the team and contribute to the retention of each team member.

Preferred experience

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of significant experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people, preferably in a commercial environment.

  • Scale-Up Environment: Experience in a Scale-Up setting, particularly in Fintech SaaS, is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to identify and prioritize prospect types and resolve bottlenecks in the value chain.

  • Inspiring Personality: An inspiring personality with sharp business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Enthusiasm and Team Spirit: Genuine enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset.
