The Senior Manager Revenue Solutions is responsible for steering Accor strategy related to Revenue Management Solutions, with a forward-thinking approach in relation to the evolution of revenue management within the group.
This position plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our Revenue Management Solution Strategy. It requires effective coordination of cross-functional team collaborations and support of leadership and stakeholders in developing business strategies. This further includes establishment of long-term goals and objectives, managing key risks, and advancing both business and project initiatives.
The role involves handling data and statistics from various sources such as PMS, TARS, RMS, Excel shared tools, and market and distribution files, in addition to collaborating with providers and key stakeholders across the group. This role is essential for driving revenue growth, refining RM tool strategies, and providing innovative solutions that enhance overall business performance.
This collaborative position involves working with central & regional business leadership, product, IT, and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure departmental are aligned to advance the overall Accor strategy.

5+ years’ experience
Super user of Revenue Management systems & tools
Strong knowledge of Accor systems (PMS, CRS, RMS: Opera Cloud, TARS/ACRS, IDeaS)
Fluent English, additional language highly appreciated (French, German, Spanish, ..)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with mindset for innovation
Tech‑savvy with good understanding of BI tools & data processes
Project management expertise, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
