🏡 About the Team
An early employee in an ambitious venture. We are looking for a cross-functional leader with a strong track record in scaling operations and great entrepreneurial mindsets to help Zefir deliver its offering efficiently and delightfully at scale. The Business Unit Acquisition main objective is to grow our property portfolio and increase our profitability on each of these acquisitions, with ambitious targets for the years to come.

👷♀️What You’ll Do
Define the vision of the BU and drive alignment
Your first mission will be to define the vision and the go-to-market strategy of the business unit. Concretely what does this mean? You will have to deeply understand the dynamic of our seller funnel (Conversion in our funnel, CPL), understand the main challenges, identify axes of improvement and build with all related stakeholder (Product, Design, Growth, Sales, Account Executive), a clear roadmap to increase our acquisitions while maximizing our bottomline.
Ensure a great execution
You will be responsible for the execution of the roadmap. We are searching for someone really hands-on with the ability to monitor roadmap execution while proving:
High adaptation capacity being able to re-prioritize the roadmap when needed
Hands-on mindset being able to identify projects to improve the efficiency and quality of our operations through automation, enhancing our internal tools and processes
Have a high impact-driven mindset to ensure driving the business unit while maximizing the output
Monitor the results and adapt to BU needs
You will need to demonstrate high analytical skills by being able to own our performance metrics; you’ll monitor key metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and dig into root causes to understand and address emerging trends. This will be key to ensuring we drive required results and quickly diagnose where we should focus to drive the most impact.
Ensure customer satisfaction
Drive a delightful customer experience: you’ll work with your team to build and implement processes that inspire trust, from the moment a customer first connects with Zefir to the moment we close. You’ll be maniacal about reviews and customer feedback
💜 A Lead Operation BU would be a good fit at Zefir if they were:
5+ years of experience, ideally with the following emphasis: Operation, investment banking or consulting, or within a business intelligence or strategy role in other complex industries.
High-growth operating experience, especially at an early-stage company is strongly preferred.- Strong analytical skills, comfortability with data, and the ability to synthesize quantitative analysis into an effective business case for action.
Proficient in Excel; deep experience with numbers as it relates to costs of acquiring users and other pertinent marketing and cost-related metrics.
Experience overseeing the go-to-market strategy of a new product or company.
The ability to connect deeply and empathize with multiple types of people, from software engineer to real estate agents.
Comfortable addressing challenges with ambiguous or incomplete information.
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
Have the maturity to maintain confidentiality and discretion, and know when to escalate to the right stakeholders, as you will be in the middle of everything.
Initiative and bias for action, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
