Zama is an open source by design company, meaning everything we do is eventually made avalaible to our developer community.

We currently have two products:

• Concrete, a fast FHE library written in Rust (already opened)
• AI Framework, a solution built on top of Concrete that enables doing homomorphic machine learning (launching soon)

Your team (and thus you) will be responsible for:

• growing our developer community
• defining and executing a marketing strategy, in particular around content marketing and events
• finding the best channels to interact and grow our community (Reddit / Twitter / Meetups, ..)
• interacting with potential customers to understand their needs and how best to reach them

You will be particularly responsible for marketing choices, and work alongside the product leads that make the product choices.

• native english speaker
• strong experience in content marketing, influencer marketing and meetup-style events
• ideally experience working on developer products (databases, AI tools, DevOps, …)
• passionate about privacy and open source
• be willing to travel to Paris regularly (covid allowing)
