To fuel our growth, we’re looking for a Business Developer based in Paris or Milano, to lead our expansion in this new country.
You’ll be joining a dynamic Sales team of 15 people, spread across Paris, London, and Madrid, all working together to drive our international expansion.
As a key member of this team, you will:
Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and upselling.
Engage with top decision-makers – from tech founders to workplace & office managers at global companies.
Drive and shape our growth strategy – bringing your insights and creativity to refine our approach.
Operate with full autonomy – you’ll have the freedom to test and adapt your methods.
Outbound (80%): Prospect new companies (startups and SMBs) through email outreach, cold calls, and LinkedIn. Build a network of distribution partners (coworking spaces, office furniture distributors).
Inbound (20%): Manage and qualify incoming leads, working closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and maximize conversions.
Upsell: Identify and manage upsell opportunities with existing clients.
Events & Trade Shows: Attend key industry events to enhance brand reputation and generate new business opportunities.
Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze sales performance to identify improvement levers and optimize conversion rates.
💸 Compensation: 80,000 € OTE + equity
♥️ Central Paris office & showroom with the possibility to be based in Italy (Milano preferrably)
⛰️ Remote work: 2 days/week (if based in Paris)
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Management
💼 5+ years of sales experience
🗣️ Fluent in Italian & English (French is a big plus!)
