Naboo is scaling fast. We have secured our €20M Series B, established ourselves as a leader in France, and are now setting our sights on the US & UK markets. We are transitioning from a “move fast and break things” startup to a structured, world-class technology company. We have a team of dedicated “doers,” but to reach the next level, we need Senior Product Managers who can act as strategic owners, bridging the gap between our C-Level vision and high-impact execution.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a strategic domain of the Naboo platform. You will report directly to a Group PM or the CPO. Your mission is to move beyond simply “shipping features” to driving outcomes. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of your scope—from deep discovery and strategic “betting” to ensuring world-class delivery. At Naboo, a Senior PM is not just an executor; you are the architect of your domain’s success.
Key Challenges for the next 12-18 months:
Outcome over Output: Transition your scope from a “feature factory” mindset to a rigorous “impact” mindset. You will be judged on the needles you move, not the number of tickets closed.
Master “Shape Up”: We use the Shape Up methodology. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality pitches that survive the betting table and lead to six-week cycles of focused, high-quality build.
Elevate the Craft: Raise the bar for what “good” looks like. Whether it’s the depth of your discovery, the precision of your specs, or the quality of the final UI, you strive for excellence.
International Scalability: Ensure your product area is ready to serve the complexities of the US and UK markets while maintaining technical and operational coherence.
Product Strategy & Discovery
Translate company-wide strategic goals into a clear, actionable roadmap for your domain.
Lead rigorous Discovery processes: move beyond surface-level requests to uncover deep user pains through data analysis, user interviews, and market research.
Conduct “US-standard” benchmarks to ensure our product remains ahead of global competition.
Execution & “Shape Up” Leadership
Act as the primary author of Pitches in Linear, defining the “appetite,” the boundaries, and the core elements of each project.
Collaborate daily with Engineering Managers and Product Designers to ensure technical feasibility and UX excellence.
Act as the final gatekeeper: you are responsible for the “QA of the soul” of the product before it reaches our users.
Stakeholder Management & Transparency
Maintain a high level of transparency with Business Stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Finance).
Communicate trade-offs and strategic decisions clearly, ensuring everyone understands the why behind the what.
Own your KPIs: track, report, and iterate with a relentless focus on data.
Experience: 4+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or Marketplace environment.
Scale-up DNA: You have seen “what good looks like” in a structured Product Org (Series B/C). You know how to maintain high velocity without sacrificing quality.
Methodology: You are a fan of structured delivery. Experience with Shape Up is a major plus; otherwise, you have a robust mastery of modern Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Product Sense: You have a “Product Designer’s soul.” You care about the craft, the details, and the overall aesthetic and functional harmony of the product.
Ownership: You have a “Founder mindset.” You are obsessed with your metrics and don’t need a map to find the next big opportunity.
English First: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, as we are building a global team and product.

Step 2: Past Project Review (90 min) – A deep dive with the Product Team into a significant professional project you led from A to Z. We want to see your methodology, your trade-offs, and your real-world impact. No home case study.
