Having spent 20 years working in the high-tech sector, Jean-Dominique decided to take a new direction in his professional career by discovering the world of poker and sports betting. With the opportunity to work on the unique challenges inherent in the gambling sector, our sporty HR manager was delighted to take up the challenge! His day-to-day tasks involve supporting Winamax's growth by developing the company's human potential, taking a more structured approach to human resources management and maintaining the best possible employee experience.

An engineer in applied mathematics from ENSIMAG, Lucas is also a great sports fan. When he met Winamax at his school's forum, he was offered an internship modelling basketball and football matches: a winning combination! Currently the manager of his team, which he has seen grow, he sees the potential for future innovation and is keen to take on lots of new challenges, to be able to offer our players even more novelties. His mission is to find probability models for sporting events and apply them so that our bettors can find bets at Winamax that don't exist elsewhere.

: Antoine, a poker enthusiast since the 2000s, has always been committed to promoting the game in France. He started out at Winamax as an editor before quickly moving on to content creation and production for Winamax TV. Always on the lookout for new challenges, Antoine wants to continue innovating in his field in order to contribute to the democratisation and popularity of poker. For him, poker is much more than a card game: it's an exciting discipline. And his goal is clear: to make you want to dive right in!

Diplômé d'une école de commerce, Dorian fait son entrée sur le marché du travail en costume-cravate. Il est alors ingénieur d’affaires et parvient à vendre des prestations de service en informatique sans comprendre ce qu’il raconte. Frustré de son incompétence technique, il décide de se former à la programmation et devient chef de projet IT chez LIDL.

Il ne lui manque à ce moment-là qu'une seule chose pour un épanouissement total : des collègues capables d’avoir un avis sur le revers slicé du 167e joueur à l’ATP. Il fait donc le choix de quitter son Alsace natale pour rejoindre Winamax et un secteur d’activité qui le passionne, les paris sportifs.

Il est aujourd’hui chargé de faire le lien entre le responsable du betting et les développeurs afin de faire évoluer l’application comme il l’aurait aimé en tant qu’utilisateur.

: Florian Yger, a former Full-Stack Developer with over ten years of experience, has contributed to various projects in B2B and B2C environments, ranging from emerging start-ups to companies with national leadership status. He joined the Winamax Customer Support team to offer poker enthusiasts the best possible gaming experience. Now a Lead Developer, he takes an approach centred on the Software Craftsmanship movement, combining quality and pragmatism in software development.

An EPITA graduate, Florent has spent over 20 years building ambitious web products, including two as a co-founder. After these challenging entrepreneurial experiences, he joined Winamax in 2023 to continue doing what he loves: growing tech teams and tackling large-scale challenges. Now VP of Engineering, he supports a dozen teams in developing a robust and innovative platform, where code quality, product sense and the desire to progress go hand in hand.

After a career in advertising, where he honed his creative eye and taste for good ideas, Mathieu joined Winamax in 2012 to tackle communication, marketing and user experience challenges specific to the gambling market. Today, he leads all of the company's creative teams. His responsibilities range from brand advertising to product improvement and the creation of new gaming experiences. He is driven by the desire to come up with ideas that make an impact and make sense; to be bold in a world that is often very formulaic. To ensure that every word, every pixel and every creative idea bears the Winamax stamp.

A graduate of EPITA engineering school, Guillaume has been with Winamax for nine years. He now oversees the entire Back-End Poker technical platform—performance, scalability, evolution, and stability—making sure everything runs smoothly, even when thousands of players are competing at once. Always curious about the latest technologies and passionate about system optimisation, Guillaume also plays a key role in cross-functional technical support. He regularly collaborates with teams across the company to resolve complex issues, challenge architectural decisions, and share best practices based on his ongoing research. Equally enthusiastic about exploring cutting-edge topics and mentoring junior staff, he’s committed to both innovation and knowledge-sharing.

After studying Business Administration and Management (ADE), Carlos began his professional career as Quality Manager in a Spanish company in the energy sector. At the same time, he developed a passion for sport, coaching a women's football team. He decided to move to Paris and joined Winamax in the summer of 2020 as a support agent for the Spanish market. His knowledge of poker and sports betting, as well as the growth of the Spanish platform, enabled him to become a Supervisor for his service. Today, he ensures that all customer queries receive the best possible response as quickly as possible. He also defends the colours of Winamax FC (inter-company football league) on the pitch.

Josejo now works as a journalist (and comedian) specialising in football. However, when he was younger, he wanted to become an engineer, learned German and played basketball. He never thought he would visit the country of Molière, even to meet Mickey Mouse. However, once he heard about Winamax's offer and the project they had in mind, he wanted nothing more than to be a part of it. Josejo doesn't just cover sports programmes with odds for our Twitch channel, his bigote is also well known at Winamax events in Spain, where he always brings a different perspective on the world of poker.

After graduating from a fashion school in Paris, Félix first joined a consultancy firm. A keen sportsman with a passion for marketing, he realised that his career path should continue in the world of sport. That's when he came across Winamax, which allowed him to combine all the things that interest him most: marketing and sport, with a focus on his native Germany. For him, it's the perfect combination. The international strength of this company is a real plus, and Félix felt like a part of a community of games and sports enthusiasts, which quickly helped him to integrate.

With a lot of curiosity and a desire for a fresh start, Agata recently left Austria to move to France to support the Winamax team in customer service for the German market. She is the first point of contact for many German-speaking players, offering a listening ear, clear answers and plenty of good humour. Moving to a new country can be challenging, but at Winamax, Agata has found a warm team and a working environment where she quickly felt welcome.

With a degree in sociology and experience as the head of a small specialised marketing agency, Ricardo is accustomed to leading high-impact projects. While preparing to enter the Portuguese market, he is putting his expertise to good use managing projects in the French market, innovating in areas such as page design and offers. Outside of work, he loves sports, poker, music and cinema, all of which come in handy in his day-to-day work.
