Job description

Weekendesk is the leading online travel agency for weekend sales and thematic breaks. We are a growing company
with presence in France, Benelux, Italy and Spain. With more than 80 million euros per year of invoicing, our
company is in full growth.

The Operations Team is an international and transversal team in contact with all departments and in charge of
managing different areas: Loading, Channel Managers, Translations, Photo Edition and Back-Office.
We seek to incorporate into our staff in the offices of Barcelona a Back-office Assistant in the Back-Office Team.
Reporting to the Back-Office Coordinator, you would support on partners invoicing, client invoicing and ticketing

1)Partners Invoicing:

  • Management of partners requests and doubts about invoicing related subjects
  • Send invoices to our partners
  • Check payments done to partners

2)Client Invoicing:

  • Editing and sending invoices to our customers


  • Editing and sending activity tickets to our customers

4)Cases follow-up

  • Daily follow-up of the cases
  • Weekly follow-up and reporting of the cases
  • Work together with the Customer Service, Accounting and Commercial Team for the monitoring of cases

  • Skills for teamwork, with a great capacity for organization and prioritization
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Able to anticipate needs and deliver timely, relevant solutions and actions
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment and adjust with a “can-do” attitude
  • Capable of multi-tasking

  • 6 months internship
  • Office in the center of Barcelona
  • 500€/month net
  • Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm

Preferred experience

  • Degree/ diploma in Accountancy or Administration
  • Languages: French native and English (Spanish would be a plus)
