SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1.      DATA & ANALYTICS

• Consolidate transport and volumes data files received by carriers via our 3rd party

• Send distribution and freight invoices to affiliates

• Answer to all requests’ details from affiliates

• For our European financial department, identify costs to be recharged to affiliates

• Implement Monthly Supply Chain dashboard

• In TEC tool: check new releases delivery, check KPIs, ad’hoc requests

2.      OPERATIONAL

• Coordinate of commercial activity with the logistics third party and Central Customer Service

• Gathers, organizes, and shares logistics information

• Overview the settlement of logistical claims

• For export orders, being a support for logistics third party

EXPERIENCE

Recently graduated from BA or Master in transport management or international trade. Or supply chain degree.

Bac+3 / Bac+5

Fluent professional English

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to prioritise efficiently

Strong communication skills, with ability to work as part of a team

Good knowledge in export specifications (incoterm, Brexit, …) and ideally in an ERP system.
